This course is for the individual who is unfamiliar with firearms' procedures or who needs to develop safe firearm-handling skills and a solid foundation of basic shooting skills.  Students will learn the basic fundamentals of shooting and how they apply to accuracy.  Through demonstration and practice, participants will learn the movements for drawing the firearm from the holster to presentation.  From these basic skills, the training will progress into more challenging shooting drills that will reinforce fundamentals while providing lessons that can be practiced to maintain skills.  Students will also learn how to identify and correct malfunctions and efficiently reload their firearms.
