This course begins with active shooter response training, and then progresses onto more advanced tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) required to counter a "Mumbai-Style" terrorist assault threat. The course is oriented towards law enforcement officers who learn to leverage SWAT and small unit military tactics based on the rapid deployment Contact Team concept to stop violent deadly behavior. Course content includes combat mindset, case studies, planning considerations, management of department resources, interior and exterior tactics, rescue under fire, counter-sniper tactics and IED/suicide bomber considerations.
