This advanced survival training course takes place in challenging terrain and conditions which will test the students' skills while under duress.  The tactics, techniques and procedures that are taught will prepare the student for operating in adverse conditions.  By learning and practicing the tactics, techniques and procedures taught, the student will emerge from this course with a tremendous amount of confidence knowing that they can be self-reliant and survive in austere environments.  Subject areas covered are:  environmental considerations, how to conduct evasion planning and preparation, expedient shelter construction, field expedient packs, personal survival items, how to navigate, survival diet and food acquisition, traps and snares, water procurement, survival medicine and tracker evasion.
