Introduction & Planning Key Leader Engagements (KLE) and Negotiations
This is a continuation from Planning KLE and is the practical application of all teaching points presented. Subject Matter Experts will role play as key foreign personnel and interpreters (if necessary) and act out how a first meeting might go. SMEs will work with the students to enhance their understanding of the culture and concepts presented. These exercises will present realistic situations found in the focus area to include a cultural appropriate lunch each day. Students will practice how to present themselves and conduct the most basic types of negotiations with cultures other than their own. This is a practical exercise with language qualified and culturally aware role players will practice conducting a Key Leader Engagement with the students and build their confidence for travel abroad.
